Customer Service (Tier I)
Customer Service - Local Candidates Only (Denver, CO) - Remote/Hybrid
Staffing Now, a division of SNI Companies, has immediate openings for customer service professionals working for our client in the manufacturing industry. This position is a remote opportunity but training for the first 2 weeks is onsite.
A summary or the responsibilities are as follows:
- Handles inbound customer service requests via phone, email or fax
- Provides customer updates on product deliveries, backorders and other discrepancies
- Works with all departments to ensure the highest level of customer service
- Assists with processing orders
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of call center experience working in a high volume fast paced environment
- Excellent communication skills written or verbal
- SAP experience a plus
Compensation and Benefits
The compensation for this position starts at $24 per hour. Your actual pay rate will be determined based upon your skills, knowledge and abilities including work experience - talk with your recruiter to learn more.
