SNI has teamed with a valued client on an HR Business Partner opportunity in Denver. The HR Business Partner will work in an on-site position. The HR Business Partner will work on a small team to work to build strong internal relationships.
Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:
* The HR Business Partner will work to ensure talent management, workforce planning and employee relations issues are tackled with efficiency.
* The HR Business Partner will work to produce high quality investigations for all employee performances and interactions.
* The HR Business Partner will work with team leaders to develop and put together top notch HR policies and procedures.
* The HR Business Partner will be responsible for providing performance management guidance to team leaders.
* The HR Business Partner should have 8 years of Construction industry experience.
* The HR Business Partner should have experience communicating with all levels of management on the infrastructure supply chain.
* The HR Business Partner should have a Bachelor's degree and ideally, a Master's degree.
Compensation and Benefits:
The compensation for this position starts in the range of $135K + bonus. Insurance, and other benefit options that are offered include:
