Benefits Manager

SNI Companies is proud to partner with our client in the recruitment of a full-time Benefits Manager. This is a direct hire opportunity located in Denver, Colorado. Below is an overview of the position:


Principal Duties:
 

• Benefits Administration: Manage benefit programs, open enrollment, vendor relationships, and employee confirmations to ensure accuracy and value awareness.
• Policy & Compliance: Develop HR/benefits policies, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain accurate documentation including benefits guides.
• Employee Support & Communication: Conduct benefit seminars, provide counseling resources, create communication materials, and maintain confidentiality.
• Systems & Reporting: Support process automation, EPICOR training, maintain filing systems, and compile reports and departmental metrics.

Job Qualifications:
 

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 8+ year of benefits administration experience with a large company, manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience acting independently in communications and decisions involving internal and external stakeholders
• Experience with applying principles and practices across a wide range of assignments with minimal direct supervision.

Compensation and Benefits:


The compensation for this position starts is at $125,000 a year. Your actual pay rate will be determined based upon your skills, knowledge and abilities, including work experience.
