HR Project Manager

Staffing Now, a division of SNI Companies, has partnered with our client to hire a HR Project Manager.   This position is a highly administrative role working for the VP of Talent Acquisition.    An overview of the responsibilities include:

Responsibilities:

• Assist with HR projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Support the VP in developing detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress, track milestones, and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure that HR projects are aligned with company policies, legal requirements, and best practices.
• Communicate project status and outcomes to senior leadership and other key stakeholders.
• Support the implementation of new HR systems, tools, or processes.
• Foster continuous improvement and innovation within HR functions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 2+ years of HR Project Management experience
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Other:

• Full time:  Monday – Friday (8 am to 5 pm)
• Must be able to pass a background check and screen
• Terms:  Contract for 3 months with possibility for extension

Compensation and Benefits:
The compensation for this position starts at $35.00 per hour. Insurance, and other benefit options that are offered include:
