Staff Accountant - Wire Transfers

Accounting Now, a division of SNI  Companies, has teamed with a valued client in Newport Beach on a search for a temporary Staff Accountant opportunity.  The position will be an on-site role.

Principle Duties: 

• Handling wire deposits and checks.
• Initiating ACH Transfers
• Matching receipts and invoices.
• Handle both daily and monthly bank reconciliations. 
• Assist  journal entries on a daily basis.

Compensation and Benefits:

The compensation for this position starts at $26.00 an hour.  Your actual pay rate will be determined based upon your skills, knowledge and abilities including work experience.

Education & Experience:

• Accounting or Finance Degree, preferred
• Must have 3+ years of accounting experience
• Mortgage experience a plus
