Sales Director

Location: Hybrid (Denver, CO preferred) or Fully Remote

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Franchise Development Senior Director to join our team and drive franchise growth. This role involves managing a candidate pipeline, leveraging marketing leads, and networking to identify potential franchisees. The position reports to the VP of Retail Network Development and offers a hybrid work arrangement, with Denver being the preferred location but remote candidates are also considered.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage a pipeline of candidates for franchise opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with broker systems.
• Represent the company at tradeshows and industry events as needed.
• Keep accurate and timely records of candidate interactions and updates in the CRM system (Fran Connect).
• Meet and exceed key performance metrics related to franchise development growth plans annually.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proactive, consultative selling approach.
• Excellent interviewing and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience working effectively in a team-oriented, open-space environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and familiar with PowerPoint.
• Extensive experience with CRM platforms.
• Minimum of 5 years in franchise sales.
• Experience in the print or sign industry is advantageous.
• Solid reputation with strong financial and accounting expertise.
