Property Manager II

Join a mission-driven housing organization as a Property Manager overseeing a newly developed community in the Greater Springfield area.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead rollout of new property including outreach, marketing, and systems setup

• Transition office to fully electronic filing; train staff and improve workflows

• Ensure compliance with building codes, funder guidelines, and affordable housing regulations (LIHTC, HUD, RD, Fair Housing)

• Supervise staff and vendors to ensure timely repairs, turnovers, and tenant satisfaction

• Maintain strong community relations

What You Bring:

• 5+ years’ experience in property management 

• Strong background in affordable housing compliance

• High comfort with technology; Yardi Voyager experience a plus

• Excellent communication and supervisory skills; bilingual English/Spanish preferred

• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally
