Sterile Processing Supervisor
SNI Companies has partnered with well known organization in Austin!
We have an immediate need for an outstanding Sterilization Processing Supervisor!
Responsibilities include supervising staff, ensuring compliance with sterilization protocols, managing equipment and inventory, and maintaining regulatory standards. The role involves leadership, quality control, training, and collaboration with surgical teams to support patient care.
Requirements:
- Certification in CRCST, CASSPT, or CBSPD
- Minimum two years of sterile processing experience
- High school diploma/GED or relevant technical degree
- BLS certification
- Strong knowledge of surgical instrumentation, sterilization techniques, and regulatory compliance
Preferred: Experience in ambulatory surgery centers, surgical technology certification, or endoscopy experience.
This role requires attention to detail, leadership, and the ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
