As part of our expansion, we are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
Position Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact to the clients, providing outstanding support and assistance in both English and Spanish
You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.
Responsibilities:
-Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat in both English and Spanish.
-Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
-Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
-Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability.
-Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
-Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
-Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products to customers.
-Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies.
-Participate in training sessions and team meetings as required.
Schedule and Compensation:
Full-time position, Monday to Friday
Starting wage of $17 per hour, with potential for growth based on performance and experience.
