We’re looking for a dependable, hands-on individual to support the upkeep of small trailers and roadside electronic equipment. If you're someone who shows up on time, works hard, and isn’t afraid of the heat, this could be a great opportunity. No need to check every box — we’ll train the right person who brings a strong work ethic and interest in learning mechanical skills.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assist with maintenance and basic repair of equipment like message boards, light trailers, and signs
• Learn to test and replace batteries, check wiring, and perform simple diagnostics
• Help keep equipment clean, organized, and ready for daily use
• Support basic welding, electrical, or fabrication tasks (we’ll show you how)
• Load, unload, and transport equipment as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Someone reliable and on time, every day
• Comfortable working outdoors in hot or changing weather
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs., use tools, climb ladders, and work on your feet
• Willing to learn and follow safety instructions
• Valid driver’s license (you’ll be driving company vehicles)
• Any hands-on experience with trailers, tools, or small equipment
• Basic understanding of wiring, batteries, or power tools
• Welding or electrical know-how
