We are currently seeking experienced customer representative's that are available in the Port Charlotte area:
Job description:
- Receiving In-bound and Out-bound calls.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude when handling clients.
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
Requirements:
- MUST PASS A CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK & DRUG SCREEN
- 2-3 year's Customer Service Representative Experience Required
