Looking for Account Managers! CSR (Pompano Beach, FL)

We are currently looking to interview and hire Customer Service Reps for our client based in Pompano, FL.  Please review the following:

Employment Type: Full Time
Location: Pompano Beach, FL
Pay: $16 per hour, weekly pay!
Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Job Description:

• Process files and customer orders
• Evaluate received invoices and process them for input
• Receive inbound calls and make outbound follow up calls to appropriate parties
• Send/receive emails to respective associations and customers
• Accessing company software while on the phone with customers

Requirements:

• Must have basic CSR call center experience (2 years minimum as a Customer Service Rep)
• MUST PASS BACKGROUND/DRUG CHECKS
• Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
