Position Type: Full-Time, Afternoon/Evening Availability Required When Needed
About the Role: We are seeking a compassionate and dynamic Center Director to guide our Colorado Springs team. This position is perfect for someone who is enthusiastic about education and eager to make a positive difference in the lives of individuals and families. In this role, you will oversee operations, engage with families, and lead a dedicated team focused on impactful results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily center functions and ensure smooth operations.
- Promote enrollment through outreach and sales initiatives.
- Create a welcoming environment for clients of all ages and their families.
- Mentor and develop a team of trainers.
- Cultivate an engaging and positive atmosphere in the center.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- Experience in sales is advantageous; you should be able to passionately advocate for our programs. Comprehensive training will be provided.
- Background working with children and families is preferred.
- Proven leadership skills and experience in a supervisory role.
- Must be available during afternoons and evenings.
- A sincere commitment to serving both staff and clients is essential.

Compensation and Benefits:
The compensation for this position is paying $50,000 on an annual basis.
Other perks: performance bonuses, profit-sharing, 15 PTO days, an IRA plan, and a health reimbursement account provided by the company.
