Customer Service Specialist
Our client, located in Eatontown, has an exciting opportunity in their Customer Service department
The representative conducts inbound and outbound telephone sales and customer service for their clients. Representatives are required to provide physicians with product information, features and benefits of the products/services of our clients, and handle our clients concerns in an appropriate and professional manner.
Responsibilities:
- Must be able to articulate our core message to the physician in order to raise awareness, as well as raise market share for our products with a major pharmaceutical customer.
- Maintain a database of customers through documentation of activity
- Must be able to work in a team environment
- Demonstrate persistence, tenacity, ability to overcome obstacles, and strive to achieve goals.
- Make daily outbound calls on target account list.
- Must meet set quota and maintain a satisfactory completion rate
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office applications: Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Professionalism
- Customer Service experience
