Customer Service Specialist temporary to hire position located in Wilmington Ma
Duties: Process orders and quotes for products and samples by telephone, email, fax or in person
Inform customer of unit prices, shipping date and anticipated delays. Enter data into various computer systems
Record and electronically file confirmation and purchase orders
Recommend best shipping method
Sell additional products when necessary and appropriate
Provide administrative support to sales representatives as needed
Update Excel spreadsheet
Proficient in MS Office skills
Strong communication skills and strong attention to detail.
