SNI has teamed with a valued client on a search for a Director of Operations. The Director of Operations will be responsible for leading a developing the Operations team. The Director of Operations will work in a leadership role to improve operational efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:
* The Director of Operations will work to ensure budgets are aligned and operational procedures are in place.
* The Director of Operations will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies.
* The Director of Operations must have electrical construction experience.
* The Director of Operations must have experience implementing operational programs.
* The Director of Operations must have experience with project cost accounting and monthly forecasting.
* The Director of Operations will be responsible for assessing risk for all projects.
* The Director of Operations will be responsible for negotiating contracts and developing contingency plans.
* The Director of Operations will be responsible for completing all procurement procedures.
Compensation and Benefits:
The compensation for this position starts in the range of $180K. Insurance, and other benefit options that are offered include:
