A/P Clerks Needed! (Ft. Laud)

We are currently looking to interview and hire A/P Clerks for our clients based out of Ft Laud, FL.  Please review the following:

Employment Type: Full Time
Location: Ft Laud, FL
Pay: $25 per hour, weekly pay!
Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Job Description:

• Assist with A/P Process in all areas, including entering all AP vouchers and mailing payments.
• Code AP vouchers with vendor ID, amount, GL period, and GL account code.
• Audit, process and maintain schedules for all international product (via 3-way match) and non-product international vendor vouchers and ensure wires are processed accurately and timely.
• Audit landlord contracts/statements, maintain schedule, enter all vouchers and pay rents due via wire/ACH transfer.
• Audit and process all freight and duty invoices accurately and ensure wires are processed accurately and timely.
• Export, analyze, code and maintain schedules for multiple freight-out vendors (Ex. Fedex & Purolator) and also ensure payments are processed and recorded in a timely manner.
• Audit, verify, and enter spiff information from department stores and customers into JDE.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of accounts payable experience with general ledger coding
• Proficient in Excel (pivot tables and lookups)
