Role Overview:
You’ll own core desktop engineering tasks, manage app deployment and configuration, provide frontline help desk support, and assist with server operations. This role demands someone hands-on and accountable, comfortable juggling responsibilities across infrastructure and support. Looking ahead, you’ll also contribute to Microsoft 365 migration planning, with the project expected about two years out.
Ideal Experience:

Desktop engineering, imaging, and software deployment in corporate settings

Application support and configuration management

Microsoft 365 administration, including user management and troubleshooting

1st and 2nd line help desk support using ticketing systems

Basic Windows Server support, including backups and patch management
