EHS Manager

SNI has partnered with a reputable manufacturing company looking for an EHS Manager who provides leadership and technical support to ensure best-in-class environmental, health, and safety practices, focusing on regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.

• Define, implement, and enforce EHS standards to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Drive a proactive EHS culture through OSHA training and behavioral safety programs.
• Oversee site-wide EHS compliance, near-miss reporting, safety committees, and training.
• Compile and submit regulatory and compliance reports.
• Manage hazardous material handling and waste management.
• Conduct audits to identify and mitigate safety risks.
• Track EHS metrics to support a zero-incident workplace.
• Ensure resources for routine inspections (e.g., emergency lighting, fire extinguishers).
• Oversee hazardous waste shipments, cost analysis, and SDS updates.

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 5+ years in EHS or a related field.
• Skills: Problem-solving, reporting, communication, Microsoft Office proficiency.
