Customer Service
SNI is currently hiring a Customer Service Representative for immediate employment! If you or someone you know is looking for a great opportunity in a dynamic work environment, we’d love to connect.
Job Duties:
Answer incoming calls from clients regarding order status and product inquiries
Enter customer information into the system
Develop samples and customized proofs for clients
Provide price quotes and estimates
Job Requirements:
3+ years of customer service experience
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Strong communication skills and customer-first mindset
Stable work history and comfortable working in a small office environment
Strong computer skills (Photoshop and social media experience preferred but not required)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
Pay: $18-$20 per hour
