Office Administrator

Staffing Now Agawam, MA (Onsite) Contract to Hire


We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to join our client's small but mighty team!

Responsibilities:


  • Manage Accounts Receivable.

  • Supervise Accounting Assistant responsible for accounts payable and weekly payroll.

  • Review and submit payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

  • Supervise the Customer Service Assistant and provide oversight for order processing as needed.

  • Oversee Human Resources functions, including onboarding 1–2 new hires annually.

  • Manage procurement of office supplies to ensure operational efficiency.

  • Collaborate closely with the President on administrative and financial matters.



Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of office administration or support experience.

  • Strong background in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks.

  • Competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
