Office Administrator
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to join our client's small but mighty team!
Responsibilities:

Manage Accounts Receivable.

Supervise Accounting Assistant responsible for accounts payable and weekly payroll.

Review and submit payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Supervise the Customer Service Assistant and provide oversight for order processing as needed.

Oversee Human Resources functions, including onboarding 1–2 new hires annually.

Manage procurement of office supplies to ensure operational efficiency.

Collaborate closely with the President on administrative and financial matters.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of office administration or support experience.

Strong background in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

Proficiency in QuickBooks.
-
Competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
