Customer Service
Customer Service Associate (CSA) Position Description: Hourly Pay Rate $20.00 per hour.
• Respond to incoming calls through the Withdrawal Call Center.
• answer questions solely related to administrative matters involving withdrawals such as processing address changes.
• validate withdrawal requests through the Withdrawal Call Center and submit them to the Processing Center accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform on-line data entry based on validated phone form requests. Will not process financial transactions via phone.
Requirements:
• College degree, Bachelor’s preferred.
• 2 to 3 years prior Call Center experience
• Excellent telephone voice, communication, and customer service skills.
• Strong administrative skills.
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) a plus; not a requirement
• Must be able to work onsite, in the office from 8:00am to 7:30pm, EST, Monday through Friday, and occasional Saturdays.
o Standard shift: 9:00am to 5:30pm, 30-minute lunch break (40-hour work week).
o Must be able to work overtime hours from 5:30pm until possibly 7:30pm, when needed.
o Attend weekly staff meetings, 8am to 9am (paid overtime).
o Occasional Saturdays, 9:30am to 4pm (paid overtime).
