SNI has teamed with a valued client on a search for an HR Business Partner search. The HR Business Partner will work on a team of HR professionals to assist with all functions associated to the HR department. The HR Business Partner will work in a hybrid capacity.
Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:
* The HR Business Partner will play a role as a focal HR contact for all company employees and develop policies to improve the corporate culture.
* The HR Business Partner will be responsible for leading the recruiting process and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
* The HR Business Partner will be responsible for working with the HR team to ensure that all employee laws are followed.
* The HR Business Partner will be responsible for interviewing and onboarding all employee new hires.
* The HR Business Partner must have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
* The HR Business Partner should have a minimum of 3 years of HR experience relating to employee relations and recruiting.
Compensation and Benefits:
The compensation for this position starts in the range of $90K + bonus. Insurance, and other benefit options that are offered include:
