Business Development Representative
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Experience in Sales: Preferred 2-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation.

Revenue Generation: Actively research and identify opportunities within assigned accounts to drive revenue growth.

Prospecting: Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach to connect with potential leads.

Qualifying Leads: Assess both inbound and outbound leads by understanding their needs and aligning them with company criteria.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain relationships with potential clients by providing valuable insights and tailored solutions.
- Other duties as assigned.
Experience in B2B sales, SaaS, or tech environments is a plus.
CRM Management experience
Bilingual in English and Spanish - preferred
Education:
•A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
