My name is Alexa and I am currently looking for an Administrative Assistant in Miami Gardens, FL.
SNI Companies is a staffing firm based in Doral, FL. We work closely with a well know pool supply distributor based in South Florida.
Their owner is currently looking to hire someone as his administrative assistant at their main location of Miami Gardens. .
This opportunity has tremendous room for growth as they are a current expanding company.
JOB TYPE: In Person
WORK TYPE: Fulltime
SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
PAY: $18-$21 an hour
As administrative assistant, you'd be tasked with coordinating with the owner to schedule appointments with project coordinators and clients. Assist with some bookkeeping such as filing invoices, entering billing information, etc. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
We are looking for someone who is highly detail oriented and able to multitask. Fluent in English and Spanish is required as well as a minimum of 2 years experience in administration.
