Junior Sales Associate

SNI Companies is working with a large suppler of home decor materials in Monroe, NJ
They are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Junior Sales Associate to join their growing team
As a Junior Sales Associate, you will assist the sales team in identifying and engaging potential customers, supporting sales operations, and driving revenue growth

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist 4-5 customers daily with their questions on home décor materials
  
• Develop an understanding of the company’s products and services to effectively communicate to potential clients
  
• Manage and update the CRM system with accurate and timely customer information
  
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction
  
• Assist with inventory management and keeping system up to date
  
• Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to develop product knowledge and sales techniques
  

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of customer service experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a desire to learn
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
  
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
