We are recruiting for a part-time temporary to hire Billing/Customer Service Clerk position located in Andover.
In this role you will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to the Billing Department by:
- Processing customer payments into the company database.
- Reviewing checks prior to processing assuring all customer information is correct.
- Setting up, updating and managing automated payment plans for customers.
- Processing refunds to customers when applicable.
- Providing exceptional customer service over the phone and via email.
- Answer billing questions
