Contracts Coordinator

Staffing Now Austin, TX (Onsite) Contract to Hire


Administrative Coordinator $25.00 per hour 



SNI Companies has partnered with an established National Automotive Warranty Company in the North Austin area! This role is on the Contracts and Documents team learning to look at complex contracts and forms related to the automotive insurance industry and make language changes, create new forms and align with department processes and goals. 
This role also assists with the creation, proofing, and submission of forms to the Compliance team, and handles various day-to-day tasks to support the Forms department.


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to understand and follow instructions, seeking clarification as needed.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage shifting priorities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, especially in proofreading and identifying minute differences between documents.
  • Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively

Duties: 

  • Manage the Forms inbox as directed.
  • Handle form creation and objection requests, including folder setup and Trello card creation, as well as submitting completed forms back to Compliance.
  • Provide detailed criteria to the designer for the creation and editing of forms.
  • Proofread and prepare forms for submission to the Compliance team.
  • Process purchase orders and data audits, escalating ones that meet certain criteria to Sr. Forms Coordinator or Forms Manager.
