Job Overview:
As a Material Control Clerk, you'll be responsible for receiving, storing, pulling, packing, and shipping materials. You'll also manage inventory updates, handle sales orders, and assist with cycle counts in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warehouse: Pull and kit materials for production, input data into ERP system, organize and label stock, perform cycle counts, and deliver products to production.
- Receiving: Load/unload freight, verify and unpack materials, create labels, handle returns (RMA), and update ERP system.
- Staging: Build kits, stock products, input data from receiving and production into ERP, and manage serial numbers and cycle counts.
- Shipping: Package materials, prepare shipping documentation, create invoices and BOL, ship hazardous materials, and manage international shipping paperwork.
- Lift up to 50 lbs.
- Knowledge of 5S, ESD awareness.
- May operate forklift.
- Detail-oriented with basic math and computer skills.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Prior warehouse experience preferred (1-2 years).
- High School/GED preferred.
