Location: Medley, FL
Position Type: Full-Time Position
Pay: $16 per hour
In need of a Customer Service Representative, with PROVEN skills in experience working in a call center we are looking for someone with great communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound and outbound phone calls
- Respond to customer promptly
- Assist customers with orders, and account management
- Ability to resolve customer issues
Requirements:
- Experience working in at a Call Center
- Excellent communication skill
- Professionalism over the phone
- Bilingual is a must (ENGLISH and SPANISH)
