SNI has teamed with a valued client on a search for an HR Business Partner. The HR Business Partner will work in East Denver in an onsite role. The HR Business Partner will work on a large team to manage employee relations at all levels of the organizations.
Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:
* The HR Business Partner will be responsible for partnering with Executive leadership to effectively ensure all HR policies and procedures are followed.
* The HR Business Partner will be responsible for managing employee relations issues.
* The HR Business Partner will be responsible for working closely to monitor communication between managers and employees.
???????* The HR Business Partner will work to facilitate new hire orientation.
* The HR Business Partner must have previous construction industry experience.
???????* The HR Business Partner must have a strategic HR mindset.
Compensation and Benefits:
The compensation for this position starts in the range of $100K. Insurance, and other benefit options that are offered include:
