Executive Sales Assistant direct hire position located in the North Shore area.
Duties: Supporting owner with sales management, customer service support for customers and provide support for sales representatives.
Respond to customers emails, phone calls, handle orders, deliver dates and issues.
Handle sample and new product projects.
Maintain sales manager schedules through CRM.
2+ years administrative or sales support experience required.
Strong e-commerce understanding.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
Strong communication and problem- solving skills.
