Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic/Technician
Location: Clearwater, FL
Shifts: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts
Pay: $27-$30 per hour
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform overall facility maintenance.
• Identify and procure parts and supplies for repairs and projects.
• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment, including electrical controls, variable frequency drives, and electrical distribution panels.
• Perform Preventative Maintenance (PMs) on scheduled equipment.
• Program PLCs (preferred) and troubleshoot electronics.
• Read and interpret schematics.
• Follow safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout protocols.
• Identify improvement opportunities for equipment design and maintenance programs.
• Increase process efficiency by accurately recording production and resolving issues.

Education/Certifications:

• High School Diploma required.
• Associate's Degree in Electronics preferred.

Experience:

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• In-depth knowledge of PLC programming (Allen Bradley, GE, Emerson platforms).
• Strong troubleshooting skills in electronics.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs.
• Must be able to sit, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, stand, walk, and use hands.
