Pay: $70k+ a year depending on Experience
Company Overview: Looking for a Branch Manager to play a critical role in overseeing the operations within a company, your responsibilities will be to drive success to the branch by effectively managing resources, fostering a positive work environment, and delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Providing leadership and direction to branch staff, including training, motivation, and performance management.
- Overseeing daily operations, including customer service, sales, inventory management, and administrative tasks.
- Monitoring and managing branch financial performance, including budgeting, revenue generation, expense control, and profit maximization.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Branch Manager.
- Strong Leadership Skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
