The Marketing Manager is responsible for leading strategic initiatives to enhance brand awareness, support sales efforts, and drive revenue across both print and digital channels. This role emphasizes the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, cross-functional collaboration, and results-driven performance.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of multi-channel marketing strategies—including social media, websites, email, and digital advertising—to boost audience engagement and drive revenue growth.
- Create targeted marketing campaigns for both homeowners and potential advertisers, using data-driven insights to deliver relevant messaging and compelling offers.
- Partner with the sales team to develop high-impact marketing materials, presentations, and lead generation tools; provide support for events and campaigns that directly influence sales outcomes.
- Utilize marketing platforms (CRM, automation tools, analytics) to track performance, inform strategy, and deliver regular reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and senior leadership to ensure consistent brand messaging and maximize campaign success across all THM markets.
- Manage and mentor a small marketing team, fostering a collaborative, results-oriented environment aligned with THM’s strategic goals.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated leadership experience in marketing, ideally within media, publishing, or advertising industries
- Expertise in digital marketing, content development, and end-to-end campaign management
- Analytical and data-driven, with hands-on experience using CRM and marketing tools such as Mailchimp and Google Analytics
- Exceptional communication skills with a strong ability to collaborate across teams and departments
- Highly organized, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
