SNI Companies has partnered with a local construction company that has a project in the Melbourne, FL area and is seeking to bring a Project Administrator onto their team. This project is expected to be at least 1 year long. This position is on-site Monday through Friday, 8AM to 5PM.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of subcontracts, purchase orders and change orders.
- Review and approval of subcontractor certificates and insurance.
- Prepare and distribute bid packages on CM projects.
- Prepare and distribute project directories.
- Various notary duties (pay requests, bids, etc.).
- Follow-up with subcontractors for non-returned subcontracts, purchase orders, insurance, bonds, etc.
- High School Diploma
- At least 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
- Experience working in construction industry is preferred but not required.
- Proficient using Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
