Seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Specialis. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience working in the medical industry (hospital, healthcare, med device, etc), with a solid understanding of healthcare marketing trends, digital platforms, and strategic initiatives that drive business growth. As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting and executing marketing strategies that promote our medical products and services, ensuring they meet the needs of both our clients and patients.

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase awareness and drive demand for medical products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and clinical teams, to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer insights within the healthcare space.
- Create and manage content for digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and website updates.
- Assist in the creation of promotional materials such as brochures, videos, and case studies.
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns (PPC, display ads, social media ads) to maximize ROI.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics, providing regular reports on campaign effectiveness and making data-driven recommendations.
- Support events and trade show activities, including planning, coordination, and promotion.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards in all marketing materials and communications.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and external partners, including agencies, vendors, and media.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of hands-on marketing experience, preferably in the medical or healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of healthcare industry regulations and ethical marketing practices.
- Experience with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, SEO, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with marketing automation software (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with the ability to adapt strategies to meet changing market conditions.
- Experience working with medical products, pharmaceutical companies, or healthcare providers.
- Knowledge of patient engagement strategies and CRM platforms.
- Familiarity with design tools (Adobe Creative Suite or similar) for creating visual content.
