Customer Service Specialist temporary to hire position located in Woburn.
Duties: Handle inbound calls, address client inquires, assist with policy changes, coverage questions, concerns and complaints professionally.
Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
2 years plus client service-focused environment within Financial Service, Insurance or Banking.
Must be proficient in MS Office skills.
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm 1/2 hours.
