Quality Control Inspector

Summary:
Our client is seeking a QC Inspector who will be responsible for inspecting finished products and raw materials to ensure compliance with customer specifications. Perform in-process, final, and incoming inspections using various measurement tools and electronic test equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use micrometers, calipers, microscopes, and test equipment (e.g., LCR bridges, oscilloscopes) to measure physical and electrical properties.

• Operate computerized test systems and interpret results.

• Review engineering drawings and specs to support inspection.

• Document inspection results and maintain records.

• Evaluate returned products and report findings.

• Maintain and calibrate inspection equipment.

• Handle parts carefully, especially delicate components.

• Prioritize shipments in coordination with production.

• Receive and verify incoming shipments.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.

• Overtime and additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required.

• Inspection experience and/or training preferred.

• Strong math and measurement skills.

• Proficient in documentation and data entry.
