SNI Companies has partnered with a local manufacturing company in the Orlando area that is seeking to bring a HR Generalist onto their team immediately. This position is on-site Monday through Friday, 8AM to 5PM.
Responsibilities
• Payroll and hours tracking, administer compliance programs, process background checks, and verify employment information.
• Create and update records such as worker compensation claims, vacation accruals, and conduct onboarding for new hires.
• Recruitment activity includes contacting applicants to screen and schedule appointments.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred but not required.
• At least 3 years of experience within Human Resources or related field.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
