We are seeking a seasoned and strategic FP&A leader to own the financial planning and analysis efforts for a high-growth, private equity-backed organization. This newly created role will be instrumental in developing and optimizing financial processes to support the company’s continued expansion. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership capabilities, a hands-on approach, and a track record of driving operational excellence in dynamic environments.

Salary Range: $125,000 – $175,000

Responsibilities:
- Lead the financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting process across multiple business units
- Consolidate and analyze financial data from various regional controllers to provide clear, actionable insights
- Develop and implement improved financial reporting processes and performance metrics
- Partner closely with executive leadership to support strategic decision-making through data-driven recommendations
- Drive continuous improvement in financial systems and tools
- Manage ad hoc analysis and special projects as needed
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in FP&A, with increasing responsibility
- Bulletproof financial modeling, forecasting, data analysis, and consolidation skills
- Ability to lead through influence and build strong cross-functional relationships
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial systems; ERP experience a plus
- Proven experience in a service-based organization is preferred
- ???????Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or CPA a plus)
