Warehouse Customer Service

SNI Companies is partnering with a reputable company in the Construction industry that is seeking a Customer Service Representative in the Collin County area. Job Duties

• Assist our walk-in customers directly
• Coordinate closely with our outside sales force, drivers and warehouse personnel to meet our customers’ needs in a timely and efficient manner.
• Provide counter sales, phone assistance, and other help to our customers.
• Be instrumental in building our business. 
• Generating new sales opportunities through outreach to potential customers.

Requirements

• Proven experience assisting customers with their purchasing needs, both in-person and over the phone.
• Competent in using computer systems to process sales orders and manage cash transactions.
• Dependable, safety-conscious, and a collaborative team member.
• Embrace a culture that values both earning potential and having fun at work.
• Hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation for commuting.
• Able to successfully pass a criminal and driving background check, along with a pre-employment drug test.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, though not mandatory.
