Case Manager

Staffing Now, a division of SNI Companies, has partnered in hiring for a Veteran Services Case Manager working for our client in Colorado Springs.   The Veteran Services Case Manager is a full-time opportunity working Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4:30 pm.  This position has onsite work requirements.  A summary of the responsibilities includes:

Responsibilities:

• Provides veterans case management services for housing assistance
• Conducts needs assessment
• Connects veterans to income resources and/or public benefits
• Assist with landlord recruitment or mediation
• Assists with other program support as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services, Social Work or closely related field
• 1+ years of working with homeless population

Compensation and Benefits:
The compensation for this position starts at $22.00 an hour. Your actual pay rate will be determined based upon your skills, knowledge and abilities including work experience.
