Position Type: Full-Time Position
Pay: $16 per hour
Company Overview: In need of a Customer Service Representative. We need a someone with excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound and outbound phone calls
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat promptly and professionally.
- Assist customers with order placement, modifications, and cancellations also Investigate and resolve customer issues
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Call Center
- Excellent communication
- Bilingual is a must (ENGLISH and SPANISH)
