Overview:
SNI is seeking a Process Engineer to drive process improvements, troubleshoot production and maintenance issues, and support automation and equipment installations.

SNI is seeking a Process Engineer to drive process improvements, troubleshoot production and maintenance issues, and support automation and equipment installations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and implement process improvements (Kaizen, PFMEA, VSM, Control Plans).
- Conduct root cause analysis on production and equipment issues.
- Evaluate, install, and troubleshoot automation and robotics systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with operations, OEMs, and contractors for machine system integration.
- Lead the development of SOPs, training programs, and process control specifications.
- Support new equipment installation, debugging, and launch.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Degree in Mechatronics, Electromechanical, Controls Technology, or equivalent.
- 5+ years in high-volume manufacturing, with 2+ years in automation.
- Strong knowledge of PLC (Control Logix), robotics, VFDs, and HMI systems.
- Experience with Lean manufacturing, SPC, and process optimization.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and project management.
