Check in stock orders that are delivered
Pull items for install jobs scheduled for the day
Track and transfer electronically all parts in inventory
Help control inventory
Stock new beginning inventory of service trucks for new service branch technicians
Remove and count ending inventory of terminated service technicians
Keep warehouse clean
Follow through with any duties assigned by the Central Distribution Manager
MUST be physically able to lift heavy parts no heavier then 40lbs

Daily Duties and Responsibilities

Typical day is 8:00 am 4:00pm Monday through Friday
Receiving and filling incoming South install caddies from the previous day
Making sure all incoming and outgoing install caddies are full, compared to installers caddy sheet requests
Fill all installer’s truck stock request forms
Fill and prepare outgoing South Install job folder material lists
Fill any North and South Plumbing pipe request forms. Making sure all plumbers have the necessary materials to complete their scheduled jobs
Unloading, cleaning out, Separating, and checking in inventory
Receiving, checking in, labeling, and putting away stock orders received (bring any discrepancies to Contractors Supply’s attention to be corrected)
Filling and preparing replenishment bins for all service branches in MD and VA for drivers to pick up the following morning
Take out trash, recycling and pallets
Sweep warehouse when necessary
Complete any odd jobs around warehouse when asked by manager (carrying cases of water upstairs, moving boxes from lobby to upstairs etc.)
