Sales Engineer

Staffing Now Lakeville, MA (Onsite) Full-Time
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  1. Previous experience in a customer-facing role
  2. Proven experience in solutions sales or marketing
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  4. Experience developing industrial solutions
  5. Knowledge of sales and marketing metrics
  6. CAD experience preferred (Drafting & 3D)
  7. CRM familiarity (HubSpot preferred)
 
Key Responsibilities:
  1. CAD experience preferred – leveraging technical engineering background to assist with customers. Shadow existing sales team to learn  business and product offerings
  2. Generate and follow up on quotes, supporting approval processes as required
  3. Develop and sustain long-lasting relationships with customers
  4. Utilize engineering and technical knowledge to provide solutions that align with customer needs
  5. Support the development of effective sales strategies to increase company revenue
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to produce technical sales materials and product documentation
  7. Assist with engineering-related projects and technical support for sales activities
  8. Represent  at industry events, trade shows, and technical training sessions
