Ideal Candidate Profile:
Key Responsibilities:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role
- Proven experience in solutions sales or marketing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience developing industrial solutions
- Knowledge of sales and marketing metrics
- CAD experience preferred (Drafting & 3D)
- CRM familiarity (HubSpot preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
- CAD experience preferred – leveraging technical engineering background to assist with customers. Shadow existing sales team to learn business and product offerings
- Generate and follow up on quotes, supporting approval processes as required
- Develop and sustain long-lasting relationships with customers
- Utilize engineering and technical knowledge to provide solutions that align with customer needs
- Support the development of effective sales strategies to increase company revenue
- Collaborate with internal teams to produce technical sales materials and product documentation
- Assist with engineering-related projects and technical support for sales activities
- Represent at industry events, trade shows, and technical training sessions
