Shipping and Receiving Clerk

Shipping & Receiving Associate 
1st Shift (4 Days / 10 Hours)
Our agency is seeking a dedicated Shipping & Receiving Associate to support essential operations in our central warehouse. This position plays a key role in ensuring the accurate, timely, and secure handling of materials that are critical to our mission of serving the public. You will perform both manual and administrative tasks while adhering to established federal, state, and agency-specific shipping and receiving procedures.
Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect incoming materials, supplies, and equipment for accuracy, condition, and compliance with specifications
• Prepare and package materials for shipment in accordance with agency and regulatory standards
• Use approved computer systems to track, log, verify, and report shipments and receipts
• Process and maintain accurate documentation, including freight bills, packing slips, and bills of lading, in compliance with agency recordkeeping requirements
• Verify quantities, weights, and material specifications; post shipping charges and route materials to designated locations within the agency
• Follow all safety protocols, shipping guidelines, and agency security requirements

Schedule:

• 1st Shift — 4 days/week, 10-hour shifts
