Management - Director of Operations
SNI has partnered with a reputable manufacturing company near Middletown looking for a Director of Operations to lead their team and collaborate with international entities.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee Production, Procurement, Machine Shop, Assembly, Shipping/Receiving, and Facilities.

Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost savings, and quality.

Manage production schedules, resources, and materials to meet goals.

Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and supply chain efficiency.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma).

Develop and mentor teams, fostering a culture of growth and accountability.

Monitor KPIs, operational costs, and process improvements

Qualifications:
